EQUUS DIABOLUS - DIABLO

Diablo is the result of an experiment with texture. ( I usually paint on an entirely smooth surface) I love to paint horses and celebrate the light, shadow and movement in their muscular bodies. I especially enjoyed introducing the contradiction of warm and cool colours to the mix. This was mostly however, just a lot of FUN at a time when I needed to play! Thanks, Diablo....
